Can I sell BLAUVENT products in my shop?

Where are BLAUVENT products made?
All products are individually hand made with great care in Spain at BLAUVENT's small scale production facility. Promoting the local production and individualized production. Most of our supplies come from Alicante, Spain.
I am permitted to use any content of BLAUVENT?
Your are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorized by BLAUVENT, mail us with your question. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. BLAUVENT BY CARMESINE, BLAUVENT logo and other BLAUVENT related marks and designs depicted in this site, whether register or unregister are trademarks or service marks of BLAUVENT, in Europe and other countries. BLAUVENT product and logo are registered trademarks of Blauvent by carmesine.
Why is every bag unique?
They are truly unique items, because they are made from used paragliders. Every paraglider has its own story, its own look and its own state of use. Furthermore each bag is still cut by hand in Alicante, Spain, and gets its individual look depending on the color scheme of the wing. That's why every single product will be one of a kind.
Why are you using recycled materials?
We've starting using original paraglider material, not recycled. Then it came a mixture of intent and coincidence, and the recycling idea came very important to us as it gives a unique character.
How do I clean my bag?
Preferibly hand wash. In case of machine wash at cold temperature, gentle and quick cycle. Of course do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron.
Where does BLAUVENT get all its old paragliders from?
We've been extensively recycling old and half-old wings, mainly Ozone prototypes, but we do with any other paraglider as well, always picking the nicer and newer part of it.
Can I propose a product idea?
BLAUVENT constantly works on the development of new ideas and products. New products are exclusively created by us, but of course we are always happy to get new inputs. Please visit contact.
What payment methods do you accept?
Actually just Paypal.
Shipping cost is included on the sale price of each product.
How long it will take to receive my order?
Packages are sent by certificate ordinary post to Spain and Europe, and by express courier service to USA. As we deliver internationally, depending of your location, the shipment will take from 1 day to 10 days aproximatly, in case of China or Russia it can take up to 20 days. All items are in stock and ready to mail to you as soon as you place an order.
What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Please send us an e-mail if your package has not been delivered in the calculated time span.
Will I receive what i was expecting?
We work hard on design and manufacturing, for sure the product you will receive will be better of what you were expecting. Despite that we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual product. This partly depends on the colour reproduction on your computer.
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your newly purchased item, you have the right to return it within 7 days according to the conditions listed below.
Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Please note all returns must arrive in like new condition with all original packaging.
We can exchange your product for different colors and you can return it if unused. The costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.
A refund may be refused for the following reasons:
- Acts of Nature, such as disasters.
- Evidence of inappropriate use.
- Interference by the purchaser or a third party.
- Extreme use or extreme treatment by the purchaser.
- Normal signs of wear and tear.
- Shipping damage.
Is there any warranty?
For the first 30 days of purchase, BLAUVENT will warranty the product for any defects, if the product is used for the purpose intended under normal conditions and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. BLAUVENT may ask for proof of damage in the form of a picture, and any other pertinent information to help us verify your merchandise is covered under warranty. The damaged product must be received in our warehouse before a replacement is sent out.
